Optimist Club Held Their Children’s Festival

On Sept 16/23 the OPTIMIST CLUB OF ST THOMAS held their Children’s Festival. What an amazing event for the community. So much happening, and most importantly is the smiles on all the kids faces. Check out some of the photos from the fun day.
